Experience elemental healing through sound, movement and breath. 

Join Chris for an intuitive journey connecting you to the ever-changing Wheel of the Year. Open your mind, body and spirit to the cycles and seasons of nature, both within you and around you. Expand your awareness and become more in tune with your personal connection to the elements. Allow your stress levels to drop and move towards a more natural state of health and balance by calming the mind and opening to source energy. 

This session begins with some gentle movement exercises connecting you to the realms of land, sea and sky, followed by a guided meditation and healing sound bath featuring crystal bowls, gongs, drums and other world instruments. ​

What do I need to bring?
Please bring water for hydration and wear comfortable clothing for the gentle movement exercises. If you wish you may bring your own pillow and blanket for personal comfort, but blankets, pillows and mats will also be supplied. These sessions are open to everyone and no prior experience is necessary. Come with an open mind and open heart. This is a great opportunity to relax, ground and balance your body in a safe, sacred space.

Please note: Essential oils and sage may be used to create a sacred connection.
